What Is Fencing ?
The sport of fencing is fast and athletic, a far cry from the
choreographed bouts see on films or on the stage. Instead of
swinging from a
chandelier or leaping from balconies, You will see to fencers
performing an intense dance on a 6"x 40" foot strip
Object of the Game
The main object of a fencing bout ( What an individual
"Games" is Called ) is to effectively score 15 point ( in direct
elimination play) or five points ( in preliminary pool play) on
you opponent before they score that number on you. Each
time a fencer score a touch, they receives a point.

The Fencing Star Academy is dedicated to the promotion of
Olympic Fencing, and the nurturing of athletic and mental
prowess in fencers of all ages. Open in 2007 in a small locate
we have had successful Year and now in a new facility one
the best in Atlanta
Our Academy trains all those who come through our door,, from
recreational fencers to competitive fencer with aspirations to
success National or international level. The coaching staff has
experience in Foil, Epee, Saber, and, in additional to teaching
at the academy, teaching at many academic schools
Marietta Master Academy of fine arts , Brookwood High School ,
Atlanta Christian School , Woodstock Academy of fine arts,
Holly innocent (program after school )
We are committed to the safe and responsible practice of the
